KIDS AT STRONGHOLD
Our kids Rockers Clubs are a great opportunity for children to climb with other kids of the same age. The sessions operate as drop-in classes facilitated by qualified staff with the aim of developing skilled young climbers through fun games and activities on and off the wall.
Rockers Clubs run throughout the year with extra sessions during the school holidays and half-term. Open to children of all levels, with no prior climbing experience required.

- Free day pass after the session for those aged 14 – 17 if signed off as Unsupervised Junior
The National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS) is a UK-wide scheme designed to promote climbing development and accredit individual achievement on indoor climbing walls. We are proud to be offering this fantastic scheme at Stronghold: Tottenham Hale and London Fields.
We offer NICAS Bouldering Levels 1-4 for groups aged 7-10 years, and 11+.
NICAS Bouldering has been created by some of the most experienced coaches in the UK. Our coaches are here to help kids develop their agility, balance, coordination, and belief in themselves through fun and engaging climbing sessions.
Did you know we run children birthday party sessions at Stronghold? These hour long sessions are filled with fun and exciting games and activities to ensure your child has a memorable party with their friends and family. Our Birthday Party offering is available at our Tottenham Hale centre only.

- 1 hour climbing session in our designated children’s area
- Table reserved for duration of the climbing session and half an hour after to enjoy snacks, drinks and cake. We have a café on site or you can bring your own cake and refreshments.

We offer climbing inductions for the whole family. Simply book onto a 1 hour family induction with one of our instructors for the first visit and then climb the rest of the day for free. Shoe hire and chalk included.
Sessions can be booked at both Tottenham Hale and will provide you with all the required information to supervise children safely on future visits.
Experienced adult climbers can bring children without the need for an induction providing they have read our supervision policy and meet the required adult to child supervision ratio.
A quick word on child supervision
Please note: we allow children under the age of 4 into both centres. Whilst we do not allow them to climb at London Fields, we now have a designated kids area at Tottenham Hale which caters to all ages.
