Stronghold is looking forward to reopening our doors when the Government roadmap allows. On the other side of these crazy 12 months we will have relocated to a bigger site in Tottenham Hale and will be opening up our second bouldering wall at London Fields, Hackney. With this expansion we are now on the lookout for extra staff to bring these centres to life.
We are looking for a mix of Duty Managers and Team Members with both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available across both sites. We expect London Fields to be the primary site for most of these new staff but there will be opportunities at our Tottenham Hale site also. There is the very likely probability of split roles across both centres. Experience in a customer service role is preferred but full training will be provided by Stronghold. We are looking for exceptional people to be part of this exciting growth stage of Stronghold and are always looking for people who have talent in other areas – retail / media / marketing – that they could utilise in and around their primary role.
Rates of Pay (p/hr):
Duty Manager – £10.55
Team Member – £9.50
U18 Team Members – £8
(minimum age 16 for all current vacancies)
Timeline:
- Applications deadlines: Sunday 28th March at 11pm.
- Interview dates: week commencing 5th April
- Position start: week commencing 19th April (T.B.C. – dependent on Government roadmap and London Fields project timeline). Possible earlier start for Tottenham Hale staff.
Interviews will be carried out in Tottenham Hale in a covid secure manner. Initial training will take part at Tottenham Hale site for all staff with a number of day and weekend shifts needing to be completed.
